Juice Factory provides GPU-powered AI inference infrastructure within the European Union. Our services include API access to large language models, dedicated infrastructure, and related tooling.
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, including EU regulations and GDPR. You may not use our services for illegal activities, generating harmful content, or circumventing security measures.
All data processing occurs within the EU. We process inference requests as stateless computations and do not retain prompt or response content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Access to our API is governed by your subscription plan. Rate limits and quotas apply as specified in your plan. API keys are confidential and must not be shared.
We target 99.9% uptime for our inference API. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure events.
Pricing is token-based as specified in your plan. Invoices are issued monthly. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
You retain all rights to your input data and generated outputs. We claim no ownership over content processed through our infrastructure.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Stockholm District Court.
