1. Who We Are

Juice Factory ("we", "us", "our") is a European AI infrastructure provider based in Stockholm, Sweden. We operate GPU-powered AI inference services within the European Union.

2. Data We Process

2.1 Inference Data

When you use our AI inference API, your prompts and responses are processed in RAM only. We do not store, log, or retain the content of your prompts or AI responses. All inference runs as stateless computations.

2.2 Technical Metadata

We log only technical metadata for operations and billing: customer ID, model name, token count, and response time. No prompt or response content is included in logs.

2.3 Account Data

When you create an account, we collect your email address, company name, and billing information. This data is stored in EU-based infrastructure.

3. Data Location

All data processing occurs within the European Union. Your data never leaves the EU. All hardware and infrastructure is located in EU data centers.

4. GDPR Compliance

We are fully GDPR compliant. You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Data portability
• Object to processing

5. Data Retention

Inference data: Not retained (deleted immediately after processing). Technical metadata: Retained per customer-agreed retention policy, with automatic deletion. Account data: Retained while your account is active.

6. No Training on Customer Data

We never use customer data to train or fine-tune AI models. Training only occurs on separate, controlled datasets.
